In the article application of the algorithm on the basis of an extreme filtration in problems of measuring signals compression is considered. Programs in MATLAB, which realize the variant of together application Proni method and method on the basis of extreme filtration are developed. Functional possibilities and metrological characteristics of suggested algorithm are estimated.
